Reports/student file

The school year consists of four periods. The student receives a report after each period. Parents and students have direct access, via the Internet, to the school's gradebook program (Magister). Parents with a son/daughter aged 18 or older do not automatically receive this access. This requires the child's permission.

If personal circumstances, to the extent not known to the school at the time of the transition meeting, have been disregarded in the assessment of a student, a review of a decision may be requested based on new information. The student (or his/her legal representative) then has the opportunity to lodge an objection with the education manager of the relevant department. If an appropriate solution is not reached, an appeal can be made in writing to the rector, accompanied by arguments.
