Enrollment for the 2027–2028 School Year
There is a central registration week for all new 7th-grade students in the region: it runs from March 25 through March 31, 2027. Parents and/or guardians with a child in 8th grade can register their child for our 7th grade during this week.
Registration for children within Eindhoven Kempenland region
You may list up to two types of 7th-grade classes from our school on your preference list, provided they align with the school’s recommendation. We expect to be able to place all students who list our school as their first choice.

Enrolling in School
We also offer the option to register in person (this is not required). In that case, we will walk you through the registration form in LDOS. Parents/guardians must bring their LDOS login credentials with them. In-person registration for all students is available in the auditorium of Building D on Thursday March 25, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m.
Registration for children outside the Eindhoven Kempenland region and students at Antoon, EOA, and Helder
Children who live outside the Eindhoven Kempenland region or students from the schools listed above may only register in person during the central registration week. They may also do so onThursday, March 25, from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. (Building D).
Please bring a valid ID of the student during the appointment.
What happens after registration?
Friday, April 2, 3:30 p.m.:
Parents can use the LDOS parent portal to see which school and type of 7th-grade class their child has been assigned to. We will send a confirmation email the following week. Attached to this email is a form for additional information. We also ask that you indicate one preferred classmate.
April 2027:
Our admissions committee visits the elementary schools to ensure a smooth transition for the students.
Thursday, May 13, 2027:
Parents/guardians will receive an admission notification via email.
June 2027:
The class assignments will be announced. Students will also receive information about the orientation day.
Wednesday, July 7, 2027:
Orientation day with your mentor and classmates.
In the evening, there will be an information session for parents.

Application with additional support needs
Parents of students with additional support needs (indicated in the OKR) have the opportunity to contact us prior to registration week. Make the need for an appointment known by sending an email to aanmelden@sondervick.nl. An appointment will then be scheduled.

Enrollment for Upper Grades for the 2027–2028 School Year
As soon as the dates for the central enrollment week are announced, they will be posted here:
This enrollment week applies to students who are changing schools due to:
- Up and down
- Profile choice
- Support needs
- Wish parents/student.
You can only register during registration week via LDOS. To do so, please contact your school. Parents indicate their top three school choices via LDOS. Placements are also made through this system based on available spots. You can find more information about changing high schools in this brochure.
Relocation
Are you moving to Veldhoven or surroundings and would you like to register your child with us for this reason? Please send us an e-mail via aanmelden@sondervick.nl. We will then send an e-mail back requesting the necessary details. After we have received all data, the relevant education manager of the department for which you register your child will contact you. The current school will also be contacted.

If you would like to register your child for the current school year, please contact us. This can be done via email to aanmelden@sondervick.nl. Availability is always subject to change and depends on profile choice. Please feel free to contact us to discuss options.
