Our courses
Sondervick College is a school for vmbo basis/kader, mavo (vmbo-gt), havo, vwo (atheneum and gymnasium) and international education.
Our school is beautifully located on the Kempen Campus. Every student has their own building as their base of operations. This is nice for the students because it feels safe and familiar. Thus, we have the advantages and facilities of a large school, but students experience the friendly atmosphere of a small school.
We are an entrepreneurial school
To develop entrepreneurial skills, hands-on and project-based learning is playing an increasingly important role at Sondervick College. Here, you won’t just learn theory—you’ll also tackle practical assignments. You’ll go on field trips regularly. To make this possible, we collaborate with various companies and organizations in Veldhoven and the surrounding area. We also organize a variety of international activities, such as a trip to Germany that includes company visits or a trip to a cultural destination within Europe.
Practice squares
At Sondervick College, we have wonderful practical squares. There is a technology square, a construction square where students build their own house and a kitchen, hair salon and beauty salon. We also have a science square, a square for havo in practice and there are very cool sports facilities.
Broad school
And you know what else is great? We are a comprehensive school. If you want to transfer or move on to another level you don't have to go to another school. You just stay in your familiar environment, with your friends at the same school.
