On the website Scholen op de kaart.nl you will find quality data about our school.
Quality and revenue maps can be found at: www.onderwijsinspectie.nl
We feel it is important to mention that the quality of a school encompasses much more than just throughput figures. More difficult to measure aspects such as, for example, safety, atmosphere, attention to students who need extra care and culture are equally important indicators of quality.
We ensure quality through:
- Systematically collecting, analyzing and sharing data regarding the teaching-learning process. Within the educational teams conclusions are drawn from this and improvement actions are set out.
- Pupil and parent satisfaction surveys (including safety).
- The interview cycle with our staff in which assessment is based on lesson visits and student surveys, among other things.
The development of all students is monitored by the mentor and discussed in student meetings and report meetings. In addition to the method-related tests that count towards the report, in grade 1 we take two method-independent tests for the core subjects (cito 0 test and cito 1 test) and the saqi (well-being). In grade 2 we take the cito 2 test. For each pupil there is a cycle of discussions with the mentor and parents, pupil and mentor. If the pupil's development is not going as expected, extra guidance is deployed. This may be in the form of customized lessons, conversations with a learning coach or following a training course.
Pupil and parent satisfaction survey
Every year, parents and students of various classes are asked to participate in the survey 'satisfaction survey'. The results of the survey are published on the website Scholen op de kaart.nl.
