The Sondervick College is a member of the regional partnership for appropriate secondary education Eindhoven-De Kempen. The agreements made within this partnership contribute to a good quality of support within the Sondervick College and to a good flow of students with a support need between schools in this region.
The partnership can be deployed by the school for pathway guidance of students from the severe support system. The partnership is also involved with all pupils who require a special education permit (TLV) or who, for one reason or another, are not following (full) education.
In the unlikely event that school support is insufficient for a student, the Sondervick College acts in accordance with its duty of care. This means that in cooperation with all parties involved, a suitable form of education is sought. If the type of education for the student in question does not fit within the support profile of our school, then the school will look for the school that meets the support demand, whereby the school takes the lead until the transfer is arranged.
