Participation Council

The Participation Council, often abbreviated to MR, is the official body established by law to influence school policy. The MR includes students, parents and staff members.

The task of the MR is to represent students, parents and staff members in the school organization. There are matters to which the MR must give its consent; in addition, the MR has the right to provide the Sondervick College management with advice.

The main purpose of the MR is the opportunity for students, parents and staff to have a say in decisions that affect the school and themselves. The MR wants to make an active contribution to decision-making on school policy. Therefore, the MR is informed by the school management. The MR also participates in activities that improve the quality of education.
