TTO, let's give it a go!
Good knowledge of English is becoming increasingly important. More and more advanced studies are taught in English. English is also increasingly the language of business. Bilingual education gives you a good start. With two languages you can take on the whole world. But it is not only the English language that is central to bilingual education. Lessons also focus on world citizenship.
On havo and vwo
At the Sondervick College you can follow bilingual education on havo and vwo. You will receive many subjects such as biology, history and gymnastics in English. You will soon find that it is quite normal to speak English all the time.

Are you wondering, “How does that work in practice?” “Could I really do that?” “Would I even enjoy it?” During the TTO mini-lessons, you can experience it for yourself! On Wednesday afternoon, February 24, 2027, from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., we’re offering students in grades 7 and 8 the chance to take a few TTO classes. History, for example—but taught in English. That way, you’ll get a sense of what it’s like.

Parent Information NightIs your child interested in bilingual education? If so, we cordially invite you to the parent information nighton Wednesday evening, March 3. You’ll receive more information and will also have the chance to sit in on a class to experience how a TTO lesson is structured. The event will take place in Building D and begins at 7:00 p.m.
