TTO, let's give it a go!
Good knowledge of English is becoming increasingly important. More and more advanced studies are taught in English. English is also increasingly the language of business. Bilingual education gives you a good start. With two languages you can take on the whole world. But it is not only the English language that is central to bilingual education. Lessons also focus on world citizenship.
On havo and vwo
At the Sondervick College you can follow bilingual education on havo and vwo. You will receive many subjects such as biology, history and gymnastics in English. You will soon find that it is quite normal to speak English all the time.
Ervaar het zelf!
Denk je nu, hoe werkt dat in de praktijk? Zou ik dat echt kunnen? Zou ik dat wel leuk vinden? Tijdens de minilessen TTO kun je het zelf ervaren! Op woensdagmiddag 11 februari 2026 van 15.00 uur tot 16.30 uur bieden we leerlingen van groep 7 en 8 de mogelijkheid om een aantal TTO-lesjes te volgen. Geschiedenis bijvoorbeeld, maar dan in het Engels. Zo krijg je een beetje een idee hoe dat gaat.
Aanmelden is mogelijk vanaf eind november.
Informatieavond ouders
Heeft jouw kind interesse in tweetalig onderwijs? Dan nodigen we je van harte uit voor de informatieavond voor ouders op woensdagavond 25 februari. Je krijgt dan meer informatie en mag ook zelf weer even de schoolbanken in om te ervaren hoe een TTO-les opgebouwd is. De avond vindt plaats in gebouw D en start om 19.00 uur.
