How we work
If, as an elementary or framework student, you want to work with people later on, you yourself are your most important instrument. After all, you have to help others or teach them something. That is why in Care and Wellness you get to know yourself as well as the people you might work with.
In the Care and Wellness plaza, you mimic all kinds of practical situations at the various workplaces. This makes the lessons very varied. You will have four profile modules and four electives, each lasting seven weeks.
Sometimes you work individually and sometimes you work together in a group. You will then work on a piece of work or presentation. There will also be role plays, then you practice with each other. And sometimes you will work with outside people. In both year 3 and year 4 you will do a two-week internship. This allows you to apply the material you have learned in practice and to find out whether you like a particular profession or not.
