Apply for school year 2025-2026
Our school organizes various activities for grade 7 and 8 students. This way students get to know our school in a fun way.
We would like to inform you about the application procedure at the Sondervick College.
The central application week is from March 25 to March 31, 2025 and is conducted digitally via LDOS. In this brochure you can read all the information about the application procedure. (English brochure)
We also offer the option of physical enrollment. We will then go through the registration form in LDOS. You will then need to bring your LDOS login information. Would you like to come by for registration? That is possible at the following time:

What happens after registration?
April 2025
Warm transfer with elementary school to discuss notification.
May 12, 2025
We will send an admission notice to parents/guardians. This notice also includes a form to indicate who the student would like to join the class with.
Early June 2025
Class rankings will be announced.
June 18, 2025
Introductory afternoon with your mentor and classmates.

We currently assume that we can place all students at their first choice. Sondervick College has sufficient capacity for new students.
Application with additional support needs
Parents of students with additional support needs (indicated in the OKR) have the opportunity to contact us prior to registration week. You can express the need for an appointment by sending an email to aanmelden@sondervick.nl. An appointment will then be scheduled with you.

Signing up upperclassmen school year 2025-2026
The application week for VO students transferring from another school is from May 19 to 25, 2025.
Relocation
Are you moving to Veldhoven or surroundings and would you like to register your child with us for this reason? Please send us an e-mail via aanmelden@sondervick.nl. We will then send an e-mail back requesting the necessary details. After we have received all data, the relevant education manager of the department for which you register your child will contact you. The current school will also be contacted.
Application for current school year
If you would like to register your child for the current school year, please contact us. This can be done via email to aanmelden@sondervick.nl. Availability is always subject to change and depends on profile choice. Please feel free to contact us to discuss options.
